Warehouse Associate

Rogers Sporting Goods is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for our KCMO location, by the Kansas City Airport and Zona Rosa. Join a small, dedicated warehouse team focused on handling sporting goods and general merchandise.  Applicant must have satisfactory background check and must not be classified as a prohibited person legally barred from possessing or handling firearms or ammunition; as governed by federal law and ATF.  This role involves a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with early starts and rare weekend shifts during busy seasons. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills. The position requires physical activity such as standing, lifting, and operating equipment, with punctuality and reliable transportation expected.   Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory. Full-time, benefit-eligible positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
• Manage inventory and organize stock efficiently
• Handle shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Operate equipment safely, including forklifts when qualified
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines
• Multi-task to support various warehouse functions
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stooping
• Communicate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong material handling skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Forklift operation skills are desirable but not required
