Job Description The Press Assistant supports the printing production team by assisting with press operations and packaging printed materials. This entry-level role involves catching printed cards from the press machine, inspecting them for quality, and preparing them for packaging. The position offers opportunities to learn the printing process and grow into a Press Operator role. Key Responsibilities Catch printed cards from the press machine as they are produced. Inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy. Sort, stack, and package printed cards into boxes for shipment or further processing. Maintain a clean and organized work area around the press machine. Assist press operators with basic production tasks as needed. Follow safety and quality procedures at all times. Support minor machine-related tasks and learn basic press operations over time. Qualifications Ability to perform light maintenance or troubleshooting is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks. Willingness to learn the printing process and grow into a Press Operator role. #GL123
