**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Location:** Novi, MI 4-day work week M-Th 6:45 am - 5:15 pm
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a diligent and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork mentality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments in their designated locations.
- Ability to stand, lift and grasp materials by company standards.
- Maintain inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently. keep the pace of production.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and operational efficiencies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, at all times.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and data entry requirements.
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
