Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing materials and equipment for daily operations. This position will help maintain an organized and safe warehouse while ensuring materials are available and ready for field crews, projects, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles.
• Pull and stage materials for upcoming projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Organize warehouse areas and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and report shortages or damaged materials.
• Properly store materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare materials and equipment for delivery to job sites.
• Assist with loading field crew vehicles and trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when authorized and properly trained.
• Maintain and organize company tools and equipment.
• Report damaged, missing, or unsafe equipment to management.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse and yard maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, construction, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic ability to read and understand inventory lists, work orders, and material requests.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally heavier materials with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after appropriate training.
• Ability to work in an outdoor warehouse/yard environment.
