We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stand Up Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of stand up forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards. You will collaborate closely with other warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities

• Operate stand up forklifts to transport materials safely throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload products from trucks and storage areas.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize warehouse space.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

• Proven experience operating stand up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• One year standup forklift experience required.
• RF scan gun experience required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary.
