Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift certification or previous forklift training preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or powered warehouse equipment preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Operate forklifts, rider jacks, box trucks, vans, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Apply labels and prepare products for shipment.
• Pull and stage orders without errors
• Count inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Track orders and complete required documentation.
• Assist with multiple warehouse functions as business needs require.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

A Warehouse Associate helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by supporting inventory movement, customer orders, and shipping activities. This role requires physical stamina, organization, and a commitment to maintaining accurate warehouse processes.
