Warehouse Associate / Operations Support

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate / Operations Support team member is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations, organization, and productivity throughout the facility. This position supports warehouse and operations teams through loading, unloading, staging, organizing, and handling materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations and material handling tasks

• Load and unload products, materials, and shipments safely and efficiently

• Organize inventory and maintain clean work areas

• Support shipping, receiving, and order preparation activities

• Collaborate with warehouse leadership and operations teams to meet daily production goals

• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines

• Assist with staging and movement of products throughout the warehouse

• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations

• Perform additional warehouse support duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Dependable with a positive work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and equipment

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as needed

• Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift

• Ability to work safely in warehouse and operational environments

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)

Compensation

• Starting pay: $15.50 per hour for the first 90 days

• Opportunity for an increase to $16.00 per hour based on performance and attendance after successful completion of the introductory period
