What You Will Do
Receive and process incoming products and materials
Pick, pull, and fill customer orders accurately
Pack and prepare shipments for delivery
Load and unload delivery vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tractor-trailers
Select products from warehouse inventory and securely load pallets
Assist with inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse operations
Provide excellent customer service to customers picking up products
Work in a fast-paced environment during busy seasonal periods
What Is Needed
Previous warehouse experience required
Sit-down forklift experience required
Ability to read lot numbers accurately and maintain legible handwriting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform frequent walking, bending, stooping, and standing
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the agricultural, seed, or farming industry
Experience with inventory control and order fulfillment
