Warehouse Associate/Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary (List Format):

- Process and prepare merchandise for retail sales.
- Pick and pack customer orders for delivery to retail store.
- Ensure quality service by adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Accurately select items from storage bins based on pick lists.
- Safely pack items to prevent damage, breakage, or loss, following any specific safety or temperature requirements for fragile products.
- Accurately invoice all shipped products in the computer system.
- Organize and place packed orders in the delivery pick-up area for current and next day deliveries.
- Clean and maintain organized storage areas.
- Multi-task and adapt to various material handling operations and practices.
- Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with team members and delivery vendors.
- Maintain accurate and legible written records.
- Memorize product locations, storage requirements, and packing standards.
- Work independently, making routine decisions and solving problems as needed.
- Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Possess basic math and computer skills.
- Satisfy background check and drug screen requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required; previous warehouse experience preferred.
