Ripley's Believe It or Not! World Headquarters is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is an entry-level, full-time position and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes staying busy, and wants to learn while working with a small, experienced team.

We offer competitive compensation, substantial benefits, and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Occasional flexibility may be needed to support shipping schedules, special projects, or other business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll assist with the day-to-day operation of our warehouse and support a wide variety of projects, including:

• Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
• Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving materials and equipment throughout the warehouse
• Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Safely lifting, carrying, and moving boxes, equipment, and other materials
• Assisting with inventory and maintaining accurate organization
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assisting with packing, crating, and special shipments
• Pitching in on a wide variety of projects as needed to support the business

This is a small team, so everyone helps wherever needed. If you like variety and don't mind tackling something different from one day to the next, you'll fit right in.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of warehouse experience. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a dependable attitude.

Ideal candidates will have:

• The ability to safely lift and move heavy packages and materials throughout the workday
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in doing a job correctly
• Forklift experience or certification is helpful, but not required
• Packing, shipping, or crating experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
