Warehouse Associate (Overnight)

Position: Warehouse Associate (Inbound Department - Overnight)
Location: West Henrietta, NY

Summary: Nesco is partnered with a well-known company in Henrietta, NY seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join the team as an Inbound Associate. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working on their feet, and take pride in efficiently receiving, unloading, and handling incoming shipments. Associates will work primarily in inbound operations, including man-ups on track-mounted equipment (comfortable with heights, easy to navigate). Responsibilities include cycle counts, replenishment, materials handling, and maintaining organized receiving areas. While previous warehouse experience is preferred, candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and basic PC knowledge are highly valued. Availability for holidays, overtime, and adherence to scheduled hours is required.

Pay Rate:

• $18.00/Hour
  • + 10 % Shift Differential on 2nd Shift
  • + 15% Shift Differential on 3rd Shift

Shift:

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mon - Fri
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Mon - Fri
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sun – Thurs

Job Duties:

• Participate in cycle counts of finished goods
• Replenish stock to ensure product availability
• Organize and maintain picking locations to ensure proper FIFO requirements
• Perform materials handling activities
• Receive and handle incoming shipments, U.S. mail, and packages from various shippers
• Operate man-ups and load/unload trailers or containers safely

• Comfortable working at heights on track-mounted equipment
• Ability to work holidays to maintain service levels
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Arrive on time and ready to work scheduled hours
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, and comprehension of English)
• Basic PC knowledge
• Basic course work in Math
• 6 months of experience with physical inventories and/or cycle counting preferred
• Experience with RF technology preferred
• Licensing on industrial lifts preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
