Job Summary

Support daily warehouse operations within a distribution facility handling fresh flower products. This position involves loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments in a fast-paced cold storage environment while maintaining product quality and warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments within the warehouse and distribution areas
• Sort, stage, and organize flowers and related products for distribution
• Assist with receiving and verifying incoming deliveries
• Prepare and stage customer orders for outgoing shipments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout warehouse work areas
• Follow proper product handling procedures to preserve quality and freshness
• Work in refrigerated and cold storage environments as needed
• Support general warehouse operations and team objectives

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable working in a cold, fast-paced, physically active environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and cold storage conditions
