Warehouse Operations handles manual or automated tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and storing products to ensure efficient flow from receipt to shipment for internal and external customers.
Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights of 20-30 ft, stand and bend for entire shifts, follow directions, and communicate effectively. Experience with computers, point of sale systems, or powered industrial trucks (PIT) is a plus.
Responsibilities involve following SOPs for order processing, quality checks, freight sorting, pallet building, packing, and shipment preparation. Employees may cross-train, participate in projects, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
At this level, candidates apply existing skills to routine tasks, learn new methods, adhere to safety and quality standards, work under moderate supervision, and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
