Start your new career as a Warehouse Associate with MAU at Milliken-Gerrish in Pendleton, SC. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily production by accurately replenishing yarn packages to the filling trees and managing waste materials from the production floor. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
What We Offer:
• Pay of $17.19 per hour • Temp-to-hire opportunity • 12-hour rotating shifts, averaging 42 hours per week
What Were Looking For:
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly • Strong communication skills and discipline • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) • Comfortable operating powered industrial trucks (Tugger, Forklift, Flatbed) • Willingness to work in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment • Ability to stand for up to 6.5 hours and lift buckets (20-30 lbs) up to 450 times per shift
What Youll Do as a Warehouse Associate:
• Replenish yarn packages to filling trees with precision • Pick up and sort catchcord, nylon, and polyester waste from production areas • Bale waste and manage empty tubes • Complete daily team maintenance activities • Audit safety items and follow all plant safety rules and procedures • Maintain accurate records using computers and other documentation tools
