Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer - Full Time Shifts

Location: 112 The Vitamin Shoppe Way, Ashland, Virginia, 23005 --Weekend Shift The role is based in our Ashland, Virginia Distribution Center and is Full Time, Weekend Shift Warehouse Associate position. The schedule for the role is Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 7:00am – 7:30pm. (Plus OT) Compensation: The wage is $18.00. This includes a $2.00 shift differential. Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Maintainaclean,safe,andorganizedworkenvironment.
• ReportissuestotheOperationsManagerorLeadandsupportprocessimprovementefforts.
• Safelyperformwarehousetaskswhilemeetingsafety,quality,productivity,andattendancestandards.
• Completedutiessuchasloading,unloading,put-away,picking,packing,replenishment,andshipping.
• Followcompanypolicies,procedures,OSHArequirements,andallapplicableregulations.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:      

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 

Skill and Ability:

• Able to operate held RF scanner or other devices associated with Warehouse Management System
• Able to meet safety, quality, productivity and attendance requirements
• Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, stack, push, and pull throughout the shift 
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work in a team environment
• Able and willing to work overtime when required
