We are a successful, family-owned and operated business in Grafton, WI, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team.
This is a hands-on position where picking and packing customer orders will be the primary responsibility, with plenty of variety throughout the week. You'll also help unload incoming shipments, organize inventory, create sample kits, assist with product testing, and work on other projects that help keep our growing business moving forward.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right, stays organized, pays attention to detail, and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed.
Starting pay is $18/hour. This is a full-time position with paid holidays, 2 weeks of vacation/sick time, health care assistance, and a monthly bonus opportunity for accurate, quality work after the training period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick products accurately for customer orders
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Hand-unload incoming containers and shipments
• Receive, organize, and put away inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Create and assemble product sample kits
• Help prepare products and materials for customers and our sales team
• Assist with product testing and new-product projects
• Operate a forklift when qualified and needed
• Help with special projects and other hands-on tasks as needed
• Work as part of a team to get the job done efficiently and correctly
While picking and packing is the core of this position, you'll have the opportunity to learn different parts of our business and take on additional responsibilities as storeWALL grows.

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is helpful
• Forklift experience or current certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from our Grafton, WI facility is required
Previous warehouse experience is helpful, but the right attitude, reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.
