Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, staging outbound shipments, and inventory handling. This role requires experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers, comfort working at heights up to 30 feet, and the ability to work accurately in a fast paced warehouse environment while maintaining strong safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and prepare orders accurately for outbound shipment
  • Stage and organize outbound orders
  • Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
  • Operate sit down forklifts and cherry pickers safely and efficiently
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
  • Work at heights up to 30 feet as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions
  • Job duties may align with roles such as Floater, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, Returns Associate, or Pipe Yard Inside/Outside Associate

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recent warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of sit down forklift and cherry picker experience (required)
  • 6 months of RF scanner experience
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
  • Ability to learn products quickly and follow work orders accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory operations
  • Experience in high volume warehouse environments
