Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to join our 2nd shift team. This role is responsible for picking, staging, and preparing outbound orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including working at elevated heights.
The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, follows safety protocols, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with consistent performance.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
Stage and organize outbound orders efficiently
Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials
Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and order pickers
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and maintain accuracy
Follow all safety protocols, particularly when working at heights up to 30 feet
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent warehouse experience (within the last 2 years)
Minimum 6 months of experience using RF scanners and basic computer systems (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Ability and willingness to work at heights up to 30 feet
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Stable work history with no gaps exceeding 3 months
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of sit-down forklift experience
1+ year of cherry picker/order picker experience
(Training may be provided for equipment operation)
