Core Responsibilities Your primary duties will include receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying shipment contents against documentation, and organizing products according to established warehouse procedures. You will pick and pack customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to meet shipping deadlines. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining organized stock locations, conducting regular inventory counts, and accurately updating inventory management systems to reflect current stock levels. You will operate standard warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts if certified. Safety is paramount, so you will follow all established protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment. You will identify and report any safety concerns or damaged goods immediately to supervisory staff. Additional responsibilities include labeling, scanning, and organizing merchandise for shipment, assisting with warehouse organization and reorganization projects, and supporting team members during peak operational periods. You may be required to perform light maintenance tasks, assist with quality control checks, and collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies. Your role requires flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal fluctuations in warehouse activity.

You should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability is essential, as the role involves standing for extended periods, lifting and moving items up to fifty pounds regularly, and performing repetitive motions. Attention to detail is critical, as accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management directly affects customer satisfaction. You must be reliable and dependable, maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality. Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems is required, along with a willingness to learn new technologies and procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous. You should demonstrate good communication skills, work well within a team environment, and show respect for company policies and procedures. Background check and drug screening will be required.
