We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, preparing orders, organizing inventory, and completing local deliveries.

Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming shipments in a neat and organized manner
Inspect shipments for damages, defects, missing items, or errors
Pull and prepare materials for associates to pick up and deliver to different job sites.
Verify that all orders are complete and accurate
Load, secure, transport, and deliver materials safely
Store and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous warehouse or construction-material experience preferred
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to meet the physical and delivery demands of the position
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks preferred
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
