Warehouse Associate – HVAC Distribution Center

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; every other Saturday until 12:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced HVAC distribution center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and cherry pickers
- Load and unload trucks; verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, inspect, and stock HVAC materials and equipment
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
- Stage, label, and prepare shipments for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift and cherry picker experience required (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment:
This is a high-volume warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
