Warehouse Associate

Overview

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment or pickup
• Load, unload, and organize pipe and other heavy materials
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming inventory
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move large and bulky materials safely
• Assist customers at the counter by locating and preparing orders
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accuracy in fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment
• Work outdoors and in variable weather conditions as needed

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience handling heavy materials
• Ability to read and understand work orders
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pipe yard, construction, or heavy industrial warehouse environments
• Experience handling large, bulky, or irregular materials
• Customer-facing warehouse or counter service experience
• Ability to quickly learn product lines and warehouse processes
