ProLogistix is seeking experience and organized Warehouse Clerk with a strong background in shipping and receiving to join a busy distribution facility in Portland, OR.

ProLogistix is currently conducting phone interviews as our Tukwila office actively recruits for open positions in all areas of Washington & Oregon.

Shift Options:

5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Sun - Wed

5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Wed- Sat

7:00 PM - 5:00 AM Sun - Wed

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and inspect incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, or other carrier systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.
• Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist with general warehouse duties including organization, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Communicate with internal departments and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries

 Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of shipping and receiving experience (UPS/FedEx systems experience is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping software, and inventory systems)
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
