We are seeking a dependable and safety focused Warehouse Associate to support the handling and movement of large industrial materials, including 20 foot pipe, in a fast paced warehouse environment.
This role involves operating material handling equipment, maintaining organization and safety, and occasionally interacting with customers. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, professional, and committed to teamwork. Equipment experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
This position offers a temp to perm opportunity for strong performers.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to handle and transport large, industrial materials (including 20 foot pipe)
Use a cherry picker (material lifting type) to move elevated inventory
Pull, stage, and organize materials for customer orders and internal operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow safety protocols and ensure proper material handling at all times
Assist in training new employees on warehouse processes and equipment
Provide professional interaction when assisting customers or team members
Required Qualifications
3 5 years of recent warehouse experience
Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet
Ability to safely handle large, long, or irregular materials
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and safety focused work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers (training available)
Experience working with industrial materials, pipe, or similar products
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory operations
