Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $16/hour 

Location: Richardson, TX 

Type: Full-Time, On-site 

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse teams. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or have prior experience, we have opportunities available for all skill levels. Training will be provided. 

Available positions:

Production Associates - Print Operator ($17/hour) 

• Basic computer knowledge to operate cutting/printing software.
• Strong attention to details and quality control.
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Able to lift and handle acrylic materials (10 - 15 lbs) safely.

Production Associates - Mock-up ($15/hour) 

• Align and tape film on shirt.
• Ensure alignment matches the order requirements.
• Ensure all order are processed according to production schedule and instructions.
• Basic computer skills; able to use scanner.

Production Associates - Pick ($15/hour)

• Operate basic scanning equipment. 
• Read and interpret basic shelf locations and numbering. 
• Walk continuously throughout the shift to pick up shirts. 
• Ability to lift to 10lbs. 
• Able to reach on top shelf (shelves are 6ft tall). 

Warehouse Associates ($16/hour) 

• Receive and inspect incoming/outcoming shipments (verify quantities and product details against packing slips).
• Organize and move boxed and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Report damaged or incorrect items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Sort and store inventory in designed locations.
• Forklift driver experience is plus.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
