• Up to $18.00/hour starting pay
• $1,000 Retention Bonusjust for joining the team!
  • Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling:Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing:Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading:Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation:Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy:Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration:Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace:Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Are you 18 years of age or older?
• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience? (Preferred, but not required)
