Warehouse Associate - Records Project

About the Role:

Join a major records management project supporting the secure handling, tracking, and processing of thousands of inventory boxes. This is an active, hands-on opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable with physical work and want to be part of a safety-focused team.

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

What You'll Do:

• Move and organize boxes and stored materials weighing approximately 10-100 lbs.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, carts, and handheld scanners to safely move and track inventory.
• Process labels, documentation, and inventory information using proprietary computer systems.
• Load and prepare boxes and pallets for outbound shipments, including shrink-wrapping.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, uneven surfaces, and ladders while frequently bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.

Employment Terms: This position is a temporary/contract engagement through RightStone. Standard corporate health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off are not provided during the contract duration.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 100 lbs. without assistance.
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, twist, kneel, squat, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to use pallet jacks, hand carts, scanners, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ability to read and write English and accurately follow labels and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in an active warehouse environment.

Work Environment & Requirements:

• You'll work in a secure records warehouse handling stored files, books, backup media, and other materials. The position is physically demanding and requires frequent movement, lifting, carrying, and working on different floor surfaces.
