Position: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate supports and manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, warehousing, and shipping of goods. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency,accuracy, and productivity across all warehouse functions.

This is a hands-on position requiring active involvement in day-to-day warehouse tasks, while also supporting process improvements and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Production & Blending Manager with daily operations
  • Monitor and forecast inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
  • Coordinate and communicate across internal departments
  • Provide coverage and support for warehouse staff as needed
  • Assist in enforcing warehouse standard operating procedures
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Handle, store, and track inventory appropriately
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed and continuously improved
  • Inspect warehouse equipment and report any issues
  • Support implementation of warehouse security protocols

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset with solid mathematical abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a high-volume warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of inventory control and reporting processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers
  • Must follow all OSHA and workplace safety guidelines
