Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Location: Reno, NV

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a full-time employee after 6 months based on attendance, quality, efficiency, attitude, and ability to learn new functions quickly.

Team members will primarily begin in the packing department to gain a strong understanding of warehouse parts, systems, and operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare orders accurately for shipment
• Match SKUs and verify product information
• Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers and reach trucks
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Learn and perform additional warehouse functions as needed
• Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse duties

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma required
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to accurately match SKUs and part numbers
• Must be able to pass two separate timed assessments
• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attendance and positive attitude required
