Location: Nashville, TN 37207
Pay Rate: $16.50 $16.78/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: 6:30am - 3:00pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm & 11:30am 8:00pm, Monday - Friday
Duration: 3-Month Contract

Overview

The Warehouse Associate will primarily support the Returns Department, processing printer parts and other products returned by customers. This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring accuracy, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer returns using an RF scanner.
• Scan, identify, sort, and properly process returned printer parts and products.
• Move and handle boxes throughout the workday.
• Assist with picking, loading, or other warehouse functions when return volume is low.
• Use mechanical carts to transport boxes and materials.
• Maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Complete assigned work within established timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, or 1 year of warehouse experience with the company.
• Experience using RF scanners is preferred.
• Strong English reading and speaking skills.
• Basic math skills and legible handwriting.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with hands.
• Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Additional Details

• Driving Required: No.
• Equipment: No large equipment or powered material-handling equipment is required. Mechanical carts may be used to move boxes.
• Breaks: Paid break approximately every 2 hours, with an unpaid lunch break after approximately 4 hours.
• Parking: Free onsite parking.
• Security: Employees will receive a badge for access through the facility security gate.

Dress Code

• Khaki pants or shorts.
• Jeans.
• Comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
• No gym shorts, yoga pants, skin-tight clothing, or dangling/hanging clothing.
