Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richfield, Ohio. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on physical work, this is a great opportunity to become part of a busy warehouse operation.
This role supports daily operations for our client in Richfield. You will play a key part in order fulfillment, material handling, and maintaining an organized warehouse. This is an excellent chance to gain consistent, steady work in a team-focused setting.

Training on an order picker that pulls orders 1015 feet off the ground
Using UPS/FedEx online systems (experience a plus)
Labeling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
Standing for extended periods and working effectively in a team environment
Lifting 60+ lbs consistently
Maintaining a clean, organized, and presentable work area
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse and/or delivery environment
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
Ability to operate a tow motor
Basic computer skills
Clean cut and presentable
Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping systems
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
