Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:
OneMonroe Great Lakes Tile Products is seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Rochester, MI. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is capable of lifting heavy materials. This is a full-time, hands-on role that plays a critical part in our daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Pull and pack customer orders accurately
✅ Unload incoming shipments manually (lift up to 100 lbs)
✅ Operate warehouse equipment including:
       • Lift truck (forklift)
       • Power saws
       • Belt sander
       • Other hand tools
✅ Create and manage shipping labels
✅ Maintain and organize warehouse space (cleanliness & safety)
✅ Perform inventory checks and restocking
✅ Make sample boards for customer presentations
✅ Assemble Great Lakes branded shipping boxes
✅ Track LTL shipment delivery statuses
