Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: West Henrietta, NY

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and production operations for a precision manufacturing company in West Henrietta, NY. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience who enjoy inventory management, material movement, and supporting manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate:

  • $23.00 - $24.00/Hour + 10% Shift Premium
    • 5% Bonus Eligibility Upon Permanent Hire

Shift(s):

  • Monday - Friday; B Shift, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Job Duties:

  • Receive, store, and distribute materials throughout the facility
  • Pick and stage materials for production orders
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform inventory transactions using ERP or warehouse management systems
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as authorized
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
  • Prepare shipments and complete shipping documentation
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
  • Assist production teams with material requests
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent material handling throughout the shift
  • PPE required
