SCHEDULE: 6AM-10AM START TIME, WEEKENDS REQUIRED, FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OVERTIME IS IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION! - Load route trucks and semi-trailers with battery-operated forklift and /or pallet jack, moving product in and out of the warehouse as required.
- Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
- Ensures items are stored in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Assembling customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or relocating orders to a holding area or shipping department.
- Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
- Perfoms pick from trays by customer number reviews orders for shipment, determines and assembles the correct types of product to be shipped
- Loads materials into Trailers and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
