Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing daily warehouse and distribution activities to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials and finished goods while upholding company policies and Copper Core Values.

Schedule:

1st shift, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Stage and prepare orders for shipment according to instructions.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment and safe work practices.
  • Accurately complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy efforts as directed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Communicate issues or concerns to the Supervisor promptly.

Training Requirements

  • Forklift Certification preferred; will train.
  • OSHA 10 Training within 3 months of hire; every 5 years thereafter

Language Skills

Must be able to communicate in English language Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

I hereby consent to allow PDM US, LLC to take a specimen of my hair, urine, or blood and submit it to a laboratory testing service for a pre-employment, random or reasonable suspicion drug test. I further consent to allow the laboratory testing service to make the results of the drug test available to PDM US, LLC.

I understand that positive test results, refusal to be tested or any attempt to affect the test results or test sample will result in the withdrawal of my application for employment and/or withdrawal of any provisional employment offer I have received from PDM US, LLC or termination of employment, depending on when the results are received.

I agree to hold harmless and release from all claims PDM US, LLC and its agents from any liability arising in whole or part out of the collection of specimens, testing and the appropriate use of the information from such testing.
