Job Title: Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Roseville,MN 

Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract with a possibility of extension or conversion

Shift: Day - 8AM-4:30PM - $21.50 /hr

Swing - 12 PM - 8:30 PM - $22/hr

Pay: $21.50-22/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for inventory storage, order preparation, package labeling/metering across freight systems, and data processing in our ERP system. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive accurate shipments on time while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming and existing products are accurately stored and organized in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to established standard operating procedures.
• Label, meter, and process packages using various carrier/freight systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, freight carriers).
• Process and verify order transactions using the company’s ERP system.
• Prepare staging and shipping areas for the next day’s operations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and all company regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (Required).

Skills & Experience:

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems (or willingness to learn).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
