Warehouse Associate

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate for an opportunity in Sacramento, CA! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Pay: $19+ DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 
Job Responsibilities

• 
  Read and interpret customer, work, shipping, and transfer orders to determine materials to be moved or distributed.
  
• 
  Receive, stock, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
  
• 
  Scan, sort, and organize inventory on racks, shelves, and bins.
  
• 
  Pick and assemble customer orders for shipment.
  
• 
  Stage materials and prepare shipments for delivery.
  
• 
  Prepare parcels for mailing and assist with shipping operations.
  
• 
  Perform cycle counts and verify inventory quantities as needed.
  
• 
  Maintain an organized warehouse and support efficient inventory flow.
  
• 
  Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
  
   
  

Requirements

• 
  Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  
• 
  Ability to follow written instructions and accurately handle inventory.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• 
  Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  
• 
  Must have steel-toe shoes.
  
• 
  Must be willing to participate in an interview before placement.
  
• 
  Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
