Warehouse Associate Company OverviewVIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for its facility located in St. Louis, MO; a brand-new medical market just launched in October 2020. VIBE operates a cultivation and manufacturing facility in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion. Position Summary/ObjectiveVIBE Cannabis is seeking a hands-on, experienced individual for the role of Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for prompt receiving and distribution of incoming equipment and supply shipments, safe and compliant Greenwaste processes and paperwork, and maintenance of the storage and receiving warehouse. This position will report directly to the Director of Security, as well as the Inventory & Quality Control Manager. ResponsibilitiesDaily oversight of incoming deliveries and shipmentsCompliant disposal of cannabis and other wasteMonitor common areas of the facility keeping them safe and clean from construction debris, garbage and waste inside the facility, yard, and parking lots.Utilize, maintain and repair power tools and mobile equipment, including a full size Fork LiftBuild/setup equipment delivered on an as needed basisMaintain a professional, safe, and clean environment, and follow all site standards and health and safety rules and regulationsTake instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the management.Reports damages, defects, and other issues to the Director of security or the Inventory and Quality Control Manager.Assists with the operation and management of sanitation areas when needed.All duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredUnderstanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materialsValid driver's licenseExperience in operating a forklift preferredExperience in a highly regulated industry preferred.Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail.
