WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Industry: Wine & Spirits Distribution
Schedule: 4-Day work week, Mon-Thu, 8:00am – 6:30pm
Pay: Bi-weekly
Overtime: Occasional overtime available We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our wine and spirits distribution team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory stocking, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. - Fill and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack and stage products for shipment or delivery
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and common spaces
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, battery-operated pallet jacks, manual pallet jacks, and two-wheel dollies
- Assist with general facility maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain safety as a top priority
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background screening
- Class E license preferred but not required
