Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Warehouse Associate for a role located in Salt Lake City. This role is primarily hands-on and focuses on manually pulling product, staging materials for delivery, and loading trucks by hand. Forklift experience is not required-we will provide training, and forklift use will be occasional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pull and prepare product for outgoing orders.
• Load trucks by hand and stage product accurately for delivery.
• Assist with unloading incoming materials when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment through routine sweeping and general housekeeping.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues promptly.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when pulling and staging product.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided).
• Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

This role involves physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. The position is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring consistent attention to safety and productivity.
