We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations through put away, inventory control, and replenishment activities. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits, stocking merchandise in proper warehouse locations, and replenishing product to keep picking areas organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Put away received merchandise into proper warehouse storage locations
- Replenish product to picking zones for efficient order fulfillment
- Conduct inbound inventory and load quality assurance audits
- Safely operate material handling equipment and follow warehouse safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow written and verbal instructions from management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, dust, and noise levels
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems preferred
