Location: Poway, CA 92064

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $20-$23/hr DOE

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate looking to grow with a great company.

In this role they will need experience in the following areas:

Warehouse Shipper / Picker Job roles

• Order Picking: Locate and pull items from shelves based on picking Sheets, verifying Part#'s, quantities, and item descriptions.
• Packing & Shipping: Pack orders securely with proper cushioning to avoid transit damage, seal boxes, apply shipping labels, and prepare items for shipment.
• Inventory: Update inventory systems after picking and maintain accurate stock counts,
• Load, Unload shipments: Receive stocking shipments and place in correct locations, Load shipments on to trucks when necessary.
• Logistics Support: Assist with general warehouse maintenance and cleaning, inventory location maintenance etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ERP Experience ideally Sage 100
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35-60 lbs, stand, and walk for long shifts.
• Detail-Oriented: High accuracy in reading orders and picking correct items.
• Technical Literacy: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), scanners, and computers.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of OSHA or company safety regulations.
