Warehouse Associate

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manually.

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to packing lists and shipping requirements.

• Accurately receive and inspect inbound shipments; verify materials against packing slips or purchase orders.

• Maintain proper labeling, organization, and inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, reach truck) in a safe and responsible manner.

• Lifting, pulling, pushing boxes, files, samples, packages in and out of the showroom or mailroom

• Stocking samples in the bin displays

• Transport samples within the building for customer events or displays

• Prepare shipment of samples or mailed packages (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)

• Receive shipments/mail from USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or internal delivery services

• Be familiar with Microsoft office products (email, teams, word, etc.)

• Support production teams with timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems (e.g., SAP or similar ERP).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
