Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, counting, scanning, and tracking inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, computer proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and process orders.

• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Verify product quantities and ensure materials are correctly identified and stored.

• Enter and update information using warehouse management systems and other computer applications.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, shipments, and operational needs.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, cycle counting, and order picking preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.

$20-$21 per hour

1st shift schedule 7am to 3:30pm
