We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, counting, scanning, and tracking inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, computer proficient, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Duties and Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and process orders.
Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Verify product quantities and ensure materials are correctly identified and stored.
Enter and update information using warehouse management systems and other computer applications.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory, shipments, and operational needs.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Assist with other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, cycle counting, and order picking preferred.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the workday.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
$20-$21 per hour
