Summary:

Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the allG warehouse in Schertz, TX.  Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepares items for shipments and will calls. Drives company vehicle to deliver materials to customers or to obtain materials from multiple company locations.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Use pick lists to pull and stage materials by the day prior to the scheduled order date. 
• Pull and prepare weekly transfer orders, including required shipping paperwork
• Drives company vehicle to deliver materials to customers or to obtain materials from multiple company locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and submit inspection reports to supervisor.
• Operates forklift or uses hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping/receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Uses computer to enter and maintain inventory records and compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.
• Prepares order forms and sales contracts; Writes customer orders and instructions.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. 
• Receive and put away transferred materials; report discrepancies to the supervisor
• Completes requisition forms to order supplies from other locations.
• Records sales or delivery information on daily sales or delivery record.
• Provide backup support for phone inquiries and counter sales.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and appearance, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, lawn care, restroom cleaning, and other assigned janitorial duties. 
• Maintain stock areas, including labeling, organization, shelf space management, and overflow locations.

 Job Requirements:

• Pass background screen, drug screen, and MVR
• 1-3 years' experience driving a forklift preferred
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service experience
• 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to travel 3 days per week to company locations
• Must be able to pull a goose-neck trailer
