Warehouse Associate (Seasonal 2026-2027)

About Us:

JetPens is a growing online retailer that has been operating out of San Jose, CA for over 10 years. We specialize in premium writing instruments and office supplies, and have been featured in Wired, New York Times, and CNBC.

Role:

• We are looking for highly motivated people to join our Operations Team to pick and pack orders among other warehouse duties.
  • This position will only be open through February 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders from stock and package orders for shipping.
• Restock products according to predetermined warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory.
• Organize warehouse & common areas.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for an entire shift and/or repetitively bend.
• Strong attention to details.
• Basic computer skills.
• Available for overtime if needed.

Hours & Pay:

• We are open the following hours:
  • Weekdays: 8am - 5:30pm
  • Weekends: 9am - 5:30pm
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Be able to work a minimum of 8 hours per workweek.
  • Be able to work at least one weekend shift.
• Compensation:
  • Starting salary range of $18.45 / hour
  • This is an hourly, non-exempt position
