    Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials within our warehouse. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient with material handling equipment, and have a solid understanding of warehousing principles. This position requires someone who is capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.  Benefits include competitive pay rate, healthcare benefits, over three weeks of paid time off and more! This job is Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
    • Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
    • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping and receiving procedures.
    • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and effectively.
    • Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
    • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
    • Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipping documentation.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of warehousing principles and best practices.
    • General knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
    • Working knowledge of operating pallet jacks.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
    • Basic computer literacy skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with forklift operation.
    • Experience with inventory management systems.
    • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
    • Familiarity with packaging and labeling procedures.
    • Previous experience with order picking.
