Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring immediately! We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Repair Center team in St. Paul. This is a full-time, first-shift role offering $20.00 per hour and significant opportunities for career growth within the supply chain and logistics industry.

  Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

About the Role:
In this role, you will play a critical part in our distribution and repair operations. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of inventory from the moment it arrives until it is shipped to the customer. We are looking for a teammate who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Core Responsibilities:

• 
  Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and enter data into the warehouse management system (WMS).
  
• 
  Order Fulfillment: Locate and retrieve products for customer orders using pick lists and RF scanners.
  
• 
  Packing: Securely package items to prevent damage and prepare all necessary shipping documentation and labels.
  
• 
  Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining an organized warehouse floor.
  
• 
  Equipment Operation: Safely use warehouse tools and equipment as authorized to move materials.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  3 to 6 months of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center, or manufacturing environment.
  
• 
  Previous experience in shipping, receiving, picking, packing, or material handling.
  
• 
  Familiarity with inventory systems or handheld scanners is a plus.
  
• 
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  
• 
  Reliable transportation and a track record of excellent attendance.
  

Physical Requirements:

• 
  Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  
• 
  Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  
• 
  Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
