Warehouse Associate - Shipping & Receiving

Royce Apparel is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and willing to support both company facilities as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Position Summary:

Royce Apparel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations within the Shipping & Receiving department. This position is responsible for assisting with inbound and outbound shipments, inventory handling, order picking/packing, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, works well within a team, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and accountability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including overseas containers and carrier trucks.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize inventory and materials within designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and shrink-wrap machines.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas, aisles, racks, and workstations.
• Support shipping operations including FedEx, UPS, LTL, and other freight carriers.
• Follow company procedures regarding inventory handling, material movement, and shipment preparation.
• Communicate shortages, damages, safety concerns, or operational issues to leadership.
• Travel between both facilities when required to support workflow, shipping needs, inventory activities, or operational demands.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and management teams to meet daily operational goals.
• Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and warehouse procedures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic math, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage inventory, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse/shipping operations and forklift experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
